Return Process

  Contact our concierge team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Carefully repackage your furniture in its original protective wrapping and crating to ensure safe transit back to our Michigan warehouse.

  Scheduled Inspection

  Once the item reaches our facility, our quality control specialists will inspect the piece to verify its condition and approve the return.

  Receive Your Refund

  Approved returns will be processed within 5-7 business days, with funds issued back to your original payment method minus applicable white-glove shipping fees.
